TERMS and CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions set forth herein are the sole contract between Penny Sheldon Travel (hereinafter referred to as PCT), located at 1468 Shenandoah, Boise, ID 83712, and the tour participant's. PCT reserves the right to increase rates due to airline fuel surcharges or government imposed taxes. Payments for air passage and/or tour programs are accepted by PCT only with the understanding that the participant's  have been made aware of, and agrees to, all conditions of this contract prior to sending PCT such payments.

*CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to change any details of your booking, we will do our best to help. However, please understand that your right to a partial refund is limited.

It is strongly recommended that you purchase the Travel Insurance at the time of deposit for your travel package. If you choose to decline coverage, we must have your initials on the Credit Card Authorization Form declining coverage.

Notice: 

 These change/cancel charges will apply to all bookings without exception. Some tour operators include additional penalties.

Changes:

NO name changes allowed.

$50 Charge for each and every change made 7 days after booking is made (air and land portion).

$100 Charge for each change made to each issued airline ticket. (Air portion).

$100 Charge for each change to resort portion after final payment due date. (Land portion)

 Cancellations:

$200.00 processing fee per person with or without insurance for ALL cancellations.

Airfare is NON-REFUNDABLE & NO NAME CHANGES

Cancellation for land portion is as follows:

70 to 60 days before departure - $200 per person

59 to 45 days before departure - 75% per person

44 days up and until departure date 100 % of total payment

 Once travel has begun no refund for unused or partially used services will be made unless covered by travel insurance.

 Neither PCT nor its tour companies are responsible for any changes made by resort or scheduled/charter air carriers, which are beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to routing changes, aircraft changes, flight cancellations, changes to flight schedules, or resort amenities/offers. In no event shall PCT be held liable for consequential damages. Although overbooking is very rare they are the responsibility of the airlines and resort properties, not PCT or its associated tour companies. We reserve the right to substitute flight and hotel/resort accommodations and to make alterations in the itinerary, which do not constitute a major change, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond the control of PCT or its associated tour operators.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION & CANCELLATION PLAN:

It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to research and obtain any needed documentation for his or her foreign destination trip. Passengers denied boarding because of improper documentation will NOT receive a refund.

PCT shall incur no liability in connection with Trip Cancellation Plan. Any disputes regarding your Trip Cancellation Plan shall be directed towards the insurance carrier and not PCT. You hereby release PCT from any and all liability you may incur, and from any and all disputes you may have, in connection with performance or non-performance of the terms of your Trip Cancellation Waiver.

Disclosure of Agency and Waiver of Liability

 PCT is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on the accompanying documents) in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, insurance, etc.).  PCT, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers companions or group members.  PCT does not guarantee any of such suppliers rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. PCT shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the PCTs control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the PCT from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.  However, we specifically recommend that U. S. Citizens traveling internationally do so with a valid U. S. Passport.  For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U. S. State Department, (202) 647-5225, or access the State-Departments on-line travel advisory service www.state.gov/travel information/travel warnings).  For medical information, call the U. S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), (404)332-4559 or log on to www.cdc.gov/travel.  By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected.  Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through PCT regarding travel insurance Travelers retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

Final payment is due in our office no later than 60 days prior to departure.  A $25 per person late fee will be assessed if final payment is not received by this date.  If we have not received final payment 40 days prior to travel, your vacation package will automatically be cancelled and there will be no refund.

Documents will not be finalized without a signed form .
