Penny,
Everything about the trip was amazing. Wedding turned out perfect and
the vacation was just what we needed. The service was unreal. Never in
our lives have we been waited on hand and foot like that. All the time
with smiles on their faces. It was something else being around such
super friendly people. Really it made all your worries dissappear.
Cant wait til we're able to do it again. Thanks for all your help!

Penny,
Here is the promised report on our trip.
It started out as all trips do with the dreaded airport bull. The next
thing we know we are in Mo Bay. Customs and immigration was a breeze.
Off to the lounge for a quick Red Stripe and away we go on the bus to
Negril. The ride was enjoyable and the driver was friendly.
Check in was a breeze then off to our rooms. Holy Cow! You pulled off a
miracle! We were in the Palms block, the room was wonderful! Everything
at the resort was top notch. No complaints from us. The food, the
service, the grounds, the staff were the best. It was truly one of our
best trips.
We met with Horace Peterkin as you suggested and were very pleased. As
you can see from the photo we did a little clowning around. Horace is a
very hands on kind of guy. He was present and around the property a lot.
If anyone was to have a concern he was available. (I can’t imagine that
anyone would.) We did talk to others that had been transferred from the
Whitehouse and found that many were disappointed in their rooms. Seems
they were booked in beach front rooms and received lower category rooms
that had a garden view. They complained and were told sorry the resort
is full. They felt they didn’t get what they paid for. It sure pays to
have a great travel agent! Thank you, you did good.
We received our gold sandals at the returning guest dinner, which
pleased the wives. The bottle of rum pleased the guys.
Ian and Di did more of the activities than we did, but we kept pretty
busy and the time just flew by. We did go to Ricks for the sunset but it
rained so not much on the camera. It rained every day but it was always
in the afternoon and since we are from Washington we weren’t fazed in
the least. They said the rain brought out the sand fleas but you
couldn’t prove it by me. I think they had been laying in wait for our
return. Never did see one, but they did a good job of biting us. We made
the mistake of taking Deet free bull frog. Knew better just didn’t read
the label. Geese!
We started to keep a list of the employees that we felt went above and
beyond our expectations but found that the list included almost every
employee we encountered. Again we had some favorites but all employees
were special in our opinions.
We were able to make new friends as well as renew our friendship with a
couple we had met 3 years ago. They also had friends traveling with
them.
Next thing we knew we were on our way home. Long flights but not to much
went wrong. We were pleased that we only made one stop on the way back.
It always seems longer on the way home. We were home in bed before 4 am.
Only up 20 hours.
So there you have it, we are happy campers and decided that we want you
to find us another great deal. I think the Whitehouse is in our future,
although Ian was wondering about Turks Cacio (I know I murdered the
spelling) We don’t know when we would like to go but that ole 65% off
sure sounds good. It would be after the first of the year and will be
able to go anytime as retirement has no limits as far as time.
We want to thank you for all you have done for us. We do appreciate your
taking good care of us!

Hi Penny,
Alicia and I are back from our honeymoon to Sandals Negril and we
had a great time! Thank you so much for all the work did to make
our trip possible. The butler service was unbelievable....from rose
petals on the bed, drawn baths, cheese trays, etc, it was awesome!
Everything else was great! What a relaxing time it was!
Thank you again! We'll definitely work with you again in the
future!

Hi Penny,
I haven't had a second to write. But wanted to say thanks again for
the great travel arrangements for our recent trip to Negril. We all
had a great time - and received an upgrade to oceanfront rooms. It
was great. Met Mr. Cummings who was a doll - had his birthday while
we were there. One of the nicest General Managers I have met. I
truly loved this property!
Again, thanks for making a great trip for our group of 8. We're
already discussing next year.

Penny,
We wanted to drop you a short note and tell you how
wonderful our trip was!
Everything went very smoothly. All of our flights were
on time and we had plenty of time to make connections in Miami.
The business class seats from Miami to Montego Bay were a treat but it
spoiled us for the trip back.
The Sandals staff was outstanding. It is unusual to get
such great service without having to tip! Each of the restaurants were
outstanding. Our room (beachfront) was on the third floor with a
tremendous view. The weather couldn't have been better.
Temple and I had been to Negril years and years ago but
it was the first trip for our daughter and son-in-law. They thoroughly
enjoyed it!

Hello Penny,
Well, we are back from vacation, and certainly not happy about that
fact. Ryan and I had the most wonderful time during our stay at Sandals
Negril. As expected, everything was fantastic. We were greeted right
away upon arrival at the resort and taken to the concierge check in.
Because we arrived so early (plane landed at 6:30 am and we were at the
resort by 8:30 am) we were offered breakfast after check in while our
room was prepared. That took a few hours but no big deal, we were on
vacation. We just enjoyed the beautiful day and the free beverages.
Our room was clean and nice... right on the beach. We were
in the Sundowner building (I think??) room 6120. Right on the south edge
of the property. We had what we called our own private beach, it was
never crowded. We made some great friends there and enjoyed some
excursions. We did the canopy tour outside Mobay and also the sunset
cruise to Rick's.
We were never hassled by vendors, except when we left the resort and
that is to be expected. Needless to say, we had the vacation we had been
dreaming about since July. Thank you for helping to make our vacation
the best yet. I am thinking of planning a little trip to Mexico in the
near future and will definitely be in touch with you once I am ready to
put a plan in action. I will be emailing you some pictures soon. Again,
everything was wonderful and you were a big part in making that happen.
THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Penny,
Two Words....THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
OK two words that I just don't know how to stop saying. What a wonderful
time we had. I just can't tell you what a great time we had. EVERYTHING
WAS PERFECT!! The staff at Sandals Negril was incredible. Starting from
the pool bar with Kimloy, Vission, Andre Tidate, and Paul to the room
with Paula and "special thanks to Marvin" who made our day with his
special touches... to the main dining with Rose, Claudia and Marlin. ...
Claudia went out of her way to ensure we had the best anniversary of our
lives!! She was working at the "4 C's" on our night and set us up with a
beach table and champagne as well as a lovely meal!.
I could go on and on about the terrific staff and how cordial they all
were.. but what I'm really trying to say here is YOU ARE TERRIFIC.
Everything was perfect and we have you to thank for it! Penny...My wife
and I look forward to another visit and will be dealing with you again
in the future. Thank you again for going out of your way to ensure we
would be satisfied...WE WERE AND MORE.
Love ,

Dear Penny,
We returned Sunday from Sandals Negril, in Jamaica. We
would like to thank you for arranging this delightful trip. We were
initially reluctant to stay at Sandals for fear it would be too
structured and confining as we always imagined a cruise might be, but
this was not the case. Activities were provided but nothing was pushed.
The people in water sports were excellent instructors. The restaurants
were outstanding and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The gardeners
even cut down fruit or coconuts for us to sample fresh from the trees.
We had a wonderful time at Sandals and highly recommend
it to couples wishing to have a relaxing and romantic adventure in a
warm welcoming location. Considering the quality and variety of food,
service, room and entertainment options, the trip is also an excellent
value for the money. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Sandals
to others.
Sincerely,
Cynthia and Jeff ~ Boise, Idaho
