Hi Penny,

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time Sean and I had on our honeymoon. Anse Chastenet was beautiful, the rooms were great, the food terrific and the people amazing. They have BLACK SAND beaches and you can do as little or as much as you like (we kayaked, snorkeled, mountain biked, hiked an old plantation, toured the botanical gardens and an active volcano, and just relaxed).

We had the deluxe room, which had a huge bathroom with a sort of open shower, a large bedroom with a desk and two chairs and then a patio area with a couch, chair, rocker and a small table for eating. The views were just amazing, we could see the entire hillside and the water. The walls were wooden slats which you could close if you wanted, but when open almost created the affect of having no walls at all! At night it was especially beautiful with all the sounds from the birds and insects. My description is not doing it justice, it was just really amazing.

It was really wonderful, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in going to St. Lucia. I just wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had. Thanks again for everything - the honeymoon was just what we wanted!!!!
